Dr. Jeffrey Rodman – President & CEO
Dr. Jeffrey J. Rodman, a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a Certified Grants Specialist (CGS) is an experienced public speaker, trainer, grant writer, and fundraiser. He is the founder of Here-4-You Christian Grant Consulting, a private consultation firm focused on serving Christian Ministries and Churches. Since 2000, Here-4-You Consulting has provided consultation for program development, grant proposal writing, nonprofit formation, development, training, and fundraising. Here-4-You Consulting has provided services on proposals to Federal, State, and Local government, as well as to Foundations, Civic Groups, and many others. Dr. Rodman has written hundreds of proposals, secured millions of dollars as a consultant, has had over 80% of his proposals funded, and has secured over 90% of the dollars for which he has applied.
Dr. Rodman received his BS in Chemical Dependency Counseling, his M.Ed. in Counseling and Development from George Mason University, and his PhD in Religion. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and holds certifications as a Criminal Justice Specialist, Masters Addiction Counselor, Addictions Prevention Specialist, and a Domestic Violence Counselor. He has a private practice focused on Christian counseling with troubled adolescents and their families. Dr. Rodman is also a local Certified Lay Speaker and is very involved in his churches leadership. Dr. Rodman has been featured in numerous stories in the “Winchester Star”, “Northern Virginia Daily”, and the “Warren Sentinel”, as well as being published in professional journals for his research on substance abuse and difficult teens.
Although he grew up in New York, Dr. Rodman now lives in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley where he and his wife home school their six children. When Dr. Rodman isn’t working he loves to work with his church youth group, hike on Skyline Drive, and play games with his children.
Tony Turley – Program Manager
Previously, Tony worked as a high school administrator at a private school, an officer in the U.S. Air Force, and a senior manager in the private sector. He has a B.S. degree in accounting from Barton College, the 2007 NCAA Division II national basketball champions.
Along with his wife, Paula, Tony has coached Bible Quiz teams, discipled and mentored teenagers in their Christian faith, and led adult small groups. They are blessed with three children Joseph, Mark and Rebekah.
Tony has lived in six states from Northern California to upstate New York to Florida’s panhandle. During high school, he enjoyed residing in England for three years. In 2003 the Turleys settled in the Shenandoah Valley.
